Menifee raised me.

My family moved here in 1990. Today Ana and I are raising our own family in Heritage Lake. I own a technology consulting firm and previously owned a staffing and recruiting company. My work has centered on helping businesses get started, helping employers find the right people, and building the tools they need to grow.

Menifee has made real progress. Here is where I want to build on those successes and where careful course corrections can help.

1Housing and Local ControlFollow state law and carry through on Menifee’s support for Murrieta’s local-control resolution. Review higher-density housing case by case, backing it only where the location, roads, and traffic can support it and it fits the surrounding neighborhood.2Growth That Serves FamiliesBuild on Menifee's commercial growth by making room for more storefronts, medical offices, licensed childcare, and local jobs.3Make Room for Local BusinessRespect the legal position of pending applications while steering future planning toward small bays, light industry, and room for local employers.4Open Space Worth KeepingTrack progress toward the city's developed-park goal and pursue practical open-space wins like Menifee Hills.5Roads That Keep Up With UsPlan infrastructure alongside growth, with development contributing its lawful share. Work with Caltrans and neighboring cities on funded road improvements and better traffic flow.6Public Safety That WorksBack the officers keeping Menifee safe and use clear workload data to keep public-safety resources ahead of growth.
