Your 2026 Menifee voter guide.

• Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
• Every active registered voter gets a ballot in the mail. California mails one to every active registered voter, starting about four weeks before Election Day, in early October.
• Register by October 19, 2026 to get that ballot automatically. Miss the deadline and you can still register and vote in person the same day, through Election Day, at the Registrar’s office or any vote center.

Voters who live within the Perris Union High School District boundaries will also see Measure AA, which would authorize up to $187 million in school facility bonds. The district has identified potential projects at individual schools. I support modern Menifee schools, but I have not seen a guaranteed campus-by-campus allocation showing how much of the $187 million would be invested at Liberty, Heritage, and Paloma Valley, or when those projects would be completed.

District 4 covers northeast Menifee, including Heritage Lake. The quickest way to check is the city’s interactive district map. Your county sample ballot, mailed before the election, also shows exactly which races you vote in.

• By mail. Return your ballot in its postage-paid envelope. It counts if it’s postmarked by Election Day and received within a week.
• Drop box or in person. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters lists every official drop box and vote center, with dates and hours.
